How do I make an appointment?

You can click on the ‘Book Now’ button on our website (in the drop down menu or on the ‘Treatments’ page), Instagram or Facebook page - this way you can see our availability and your booking is confirmed immediately.

How far in advance should I book?

We strongly suggest booking as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment, most of our regular clients book at least 1-2 treatments in advance.

Do you have a waitlist?

As cancellations do occasionally occur, we have a waitlist which we work through before posting any availability on social media. To be added to the waitlist, please email hello@beautybyrenee.co.nz with the treatment you are after as well as the times/days that are suitable for you.

What is the cancellation policy?

Being a small business, we have a strict requirement of a minimum 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel an appointment to allow us to fill the gap. Failure to give 24 hours notice results in 50% of the treatment cost to be charged, which will need to be paid before we accept another booking.

What if it is my first time visiting?

We ask that you allow an extra 15 minutes onto the end of your appointment to allow time for a consultation form to be completed. If you are having a facial, we may need longer to go through an in-depth consultation.

Is there parking?

We ask that you leave the driveway clear and park on the road.


Where are you located?

You can find us through the black gate at the very end of the driveway. Please note, we have a little dog (Ralph) who may greet you at the gate - if you would prefer him to be kept inside as you arrive/leave please let us know.

What do I do if I am running late?

Please send us a courtesy text to let us know if you may be late. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule otherwise this will cut into your treatment time.

What if I am early?

If you are more than a few minutes early, we ask that you please stay in your car until your appointment time. Alternatively, you can send a text and if we are not with a client we may be able to start your treatment early.

How do I pay?

We accept cash, bank transfer or card payments. We also offer Afterpay in-store and online. Payment is not taken when your online booking is confirmed.

Do you Sell Gift Vouchers?

Yes, you can purchase a gift voucher on our “Shop” page. We offer treatment and dollar value vouchers which can be redeemed up to 12 months after purchase. These are available as an e-voucher or a physical voucher (with both delivery and pick up options).

Can I write a review?

Yes, we would love that! Being a small business, reviews make the world of a difference. So, if you would like to, you can leave one on our Google or Facebook page, and to thank you for helping us, you will receive 15% off your next treatment.
